Angela has over 23 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management, with a proven track record as both a corporate practitioner and a consulting practice leader. She has held leadership roles at PepsiCo, Yum! Brands, EDS, and FedEx Office (Kinko’s), and prior to Majel Partners, Angela was a Principal at The Forefront Group. Angela is a Vested © Certified Deal Architect and a Board Member of the CPO Advisory Council of ISM Dallas.
Angela has strong functional expertise in Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier Relationship Governance, Collaborative Contracting, Process & Policy Design, Sourcing Business Model Selection, and Knowledge / Training Program Development.
Angela is a contributor to the book, “Strategic Sourcing in the New Economy: Harnessing the Potential of Sourcing Business Models for Modern Procurement” (B Keith & K Vitasek), as well as multiple white papers and Sourcing & Procurement articles. She is on faculty at the University of Tennessee Haslam Center for Executive Education, as well as at the Sourcing Industry Group (SIG). Angela is co-creator of the Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) CSP and CSMP certification program content.
Angela holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Angela and her husband, Kevin, are parents to three daughters and live in Dallas, Texas.
Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience in sourcing and supply chain management. She has held executive roles at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and JDA (formerly i2), as well as Global Commodity Leader for various international categories at Yum! Brands. In addition to a number of community boards, Elizabeth serves on the CPO Advisory Council of ISM Dallas and is a faculty member of the Sourcing Industry Group’s Certified Supply Management Professional program.
Elizabeth has strong functional expertise in Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, Procurement Assessment & Opportunity Analysis, Cost Modeling & Cost Analysis, Supplier Relationship Management, and International Trade & Market Analysis.
Elizabeth has authored several articles, including “A Great Vision Isn’t Enough“ (Inside Supply Management October 2011) and “Negotiation: How to Prep Like a Pro “ (eSide Magazine March/April 2011).
